YOSHIKAZU ISHII

Through an introduction by screenwriter and director Hiroshi Kashiwabara, he was

introduced to the world of television drama production and began his career in the film

industry. He served as an assistant director under directors such as Norifumi Suzuki,

Hiroshi Kashiwabara, and Mamoru Oshii. On special effects sets, he worked as an

assistant director under director Koichi Kawakita.

In addition to films and television dramas, he has worked on commercials, video games,

promotional videos, and as a coordinator. Since 2004 in particular, he has worked on

numerous special effects film sets.
